The 12TB G-SPEED Studio Storage System with Thunderbolt 2 from G-Technology is designed for more advanced applications, like storing or saving 2K and 4K compressed video, as well as more basic storage. The G-Speed Studio has four removable enterprise drives that can be configured as RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10, each of which supports performance, redundancy, or a combination of both. There are also two Thunderbolt 2 ports that support data transfer speeds up to 20 Gb/s, as well as daisy-chaining of additional devices. This unit is preformatted for Mac and compatible with Windows via reformatting.
